What is Enrichment?
Enrichment is intentional, engaging activity designed to support your dog’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being. While play and exercise are important, enrichment focuses on how dogs think, problem-solve, relax, and interact with the world around them. At Tail Town, enrichment is never one-size-fits-all. Each dog begins with an evaluation so our enrichment specialists can select activities that match their personality, energy level, and interests. The result is a more fulfilled, confident, and balanced dog whether they’re here for day camp or boarding.
Chase & Focus Games
Structured games designed to channel natural prey drive while building control and focus.

Fetch & Tug Club

Evaluate, Enrich, Enjoy!
Adding enrichment to your dog’s stay at Tail Town is simple and personalized. Each enrichment session is 30 minutes long and costs $25 per session. Enrichment Sessions can be added to both day camp and boarding.
Before selecting an activity, our enrichment specialists complete an evaluation to learn more about your dog’s personality, energy level, and interests. From there, we choose the enrichment activity (or combination of activities) that your dog is most likely to enjoy and benefit from. No guessing, no one-size-fits-all, just thoughtful, individualized care.
